Blind Dog and His ‘Pwditat’

Pwditat knows how to guide his canine friend Terfel around the house and into the backyard of their home in Wales. He uses his paws  to show Terfel the way.

The pair have been inseparable since Pwditat (the Welsh “w” is pronounced as in “pussycat”) arrived at the front door  one evening.

“She just stood there outside my front door and looked at me as to say: ‘I want to be a house cat’,” Judy Godfrey-Brown explained. “She went straight to Terfel.”

Judy adopted Terfel from a man whose landlady had decided not to allow dogs anymore. Then Terfel started going blind from cataracts and was spending more and more time in his dog bed.

But that all changed when Pwditat arrived. The homeless kitty settled in and totally attached herself to Terfel. They’re now inseparable.

“She uses her paws to help guide him,” Judy said. “They are glued to each other and even sleep together now.”
