Horse d’Oeuvres, Colbert & Stewart

Count on Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert to cut to the heart of how screwed up our tastes, our psychology and our culture are when it comes to eating animals.

Skip these two videos if you think that the abuse and the eating of horses should not be the meat of tasteless humor. But I’d call it bitter satire in the best tradition of the likes of Mark Twain.
