Weather scientists are looking at the prospect of a “perfect storm” – a giant partnership of a hurricane and a winter storm that’s just starting to build. The two would meet up just in time for Halloween – a monster that’s not going to be appeased by treats.
The Weather Channel’s hurricane forecaster Bryan Norcross notes:
We certainly don’t know that it’s going to happen … But it’s not often that credible forecast models consistently forecast a historic event, and with more models leaning that way, we need to be aware and pay attention along the entire U.S. East Coast.
